The Baker’s Cottage comfy living room

Once upon a time, there stood the bakery, the butcher and the laundry facilities that served the daily needs of the chateau and its colourful inhabitants.

Sadly, after the division of the property that soon followed the French Revolution, these three vital components of renaissance chatelaine life were silenced into ruins… until now.

Come in, step inside the living room of this fantastic one bedroom home and come into its gorgeous, fully equipped country kitchen. Grab a wine glass from the cupboard and pour yourself a glass.

Climb up the wooden stairs to your bedroom in the old grain attic and its 7 metres-high ceiling (23ft). Shut open the large windows, put your music on and unpack... From your bed you can see the soaking tub waiting for you in the bathroom.

Welcome home.
